We perform daily backups to another server within the same data center, we also take a further secure offsite backup to a different data center.

We also make use of carefully selected services from

  • Amazon Web Services (AWS) for DNS, Data Storage, plus alot more.
  • Microsoft Azure for Website Hosting, CDN, Data Storage, plus for VM Testing servers, plus alot more.
  • Dnsimple for DNS & Domain Registration.
  • DigitalOcean for SSD cloud server's.

We can also register and manage your domain names for you. Many clients prefer the hassle free benefits of paying only one supplier for all their online services and enjoy the peace of mind of knowing that their domains will not be left to expire.

We offer Windows or Linux hosting packages that are available configured as either Cloud Website or VM (Virtual Machine).

More advanced hosting is also available on fast and secure dedicated servers for complex websites where speed, reliability or security is paramount.

If your website requires its own dedicated server, we will even configure and manage it for you.

Email

We can provide a range of email services from simple and basic mailboxes with ample capacity to business class mailboxes for clients who require large amounts of storage capacity. We also provide hosted Microsoft Exchange mailboxes. Our business class mailboxes include the following:

  • Outgoing server (SMTP) – most home broadband packages don’t allow you to send email via the provider’s servers. We supply you with your own SMTP service you can use wherever you are.
  • Up to 2GB of server storage.
  • An easy to use webmail interface, allowing you to access your emails away from your own computer.
  • Flexible auto-responders allowing you to configure “out of office” auto-replies.
  • Email forwarding – automatically forward emails to multiple addresses.
  • Control panel for administration – change your password, delete mail in bulk, control your spam filter.
